Therapy Process & Expectations

The first session is about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and background to create a personalized treatment plan.

Most sessions last 50–60 minutes. However, longer or shorter sessions may be available based on your needs.

Frequency varies based on your situation. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others schedule bi-weekly or monthly check-ins.

Every person’s journey is unique. Some clients feel relief after a few sessions, while deeper issues may require longer-term support. We’ll work together to find the right pace for you.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Yes! Your privacy is our priority. Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential, except in rare cases where safety concerns require intervention (e.g., harm to self or others).

In some cases, having a support person can be beneficial. We can discuss whether this is right for your situation.
