Patrick D. Patterson, M.S. LPC NCC brings over a decade of experience in mental health and behavioral health services, specializing in men’s mental health, trauma recovery, and correctional treatment. With a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, Patrick creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories and work toward meaningful change.
After earning his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas, Patrick has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. His diverse background includes working as a Treatment Specialist at a medical prison, Counselor at a community college, Counselor in private practice, and now a private practice owner. He utilizes a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and application of the mind-body connection to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
Outside of counseling, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exploring the Ozarks, writing, hiking, and woodworking. His personal and professional experiences inspire a balanced, real-world approach to mental wellness, ensuring clients receive both practical and meaningful guidance.
